Privacy Policy on the Processing of CVs

In order to comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and
of the Council (hereinafter referred to as “Regulation”), Dynoteq Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató
Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered office: H-2225 Üllő, Hatháza utca 14.; company
registration number: 13-09-119626; tax number: 14288306-2-13; hereinafter referred to as
“Dynoteq Kft.”) hereby informs you about the processing of your personal data in relation to your
CV you have submitted to Dynoteq Kft., not applying for a publicly advertised position.

  1. Data Controller, Persons Authorised to Process Data, and Data Protection Officer

Dynoteq Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered office: H-2225 Üllő,
Hatháza utca 14.; company registration number: 13-09-119626; tax number: 14288306-2-13) is the
controller authorised to process the personal data you provide when submitting your CV.

At Dynoteq Kft., the following persons are authorised to access the personal data provided in your
CV: the Managing Director of Dinoteq Kft. and personnel responsible for recruiting new employees.

Dynoteq Kft. has not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as it does not engage in activities that
would require the appointment of a Data Protection Officer.

  1. The Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing

If you submit your CV unsolicited to Dynoteq Kft., or if you apply for a specific position at Dynoteq
Kft. and are not selected for that position but your CV is retained with your consent, Dynoteq Kft.
will process your personal data.

The purpose of the data processing carried out by Dynoteq Kft. is to consider your CV for any
positions that may become available in the future, to invite you for an interview, or to select a
suitable candidate for the position.

The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of Dynoteq Kft. (Paragraph f) of
Subsection (1) of Section 6 of the Regulation). It is the legitimate interest of Dynoteq Kft. to select
the candidates it intends to interview for the purpose of filling a position on the basis of the CVs
available to it, and to enable interviewers to take notes during the interviews in order to make a
decision regarding recruitment.

  1. Recipients of Personal Data

Dynoteq Kft. does not disclose or transfer the personal data provided in CVs to any other party.

  1. Duration of Data Processing

Dynoteq Kft. processes the personal data you provide by submitting your CV from the moment your
CV is received.

Dynoteq Kft. retains your CV for a maximum of two (2) years from the date of submission,
considering that at the time of submission, Dynoteq Kft. may not be recruiting for a position that you
wish to fill or for which you are qualified based on your CV.

Upon request, Dynoteq Kft. will delete the CV you have submitted, as well as the personal data
contained therein, within three (3) business days. Requests for the erasure of personal data
contained in your CV can be submitted electronically to the e-mail address [email protected] or by post to Dynoteq Kft. to the address H-2225 Üllő, Hatháza utca 14.

  1. Amending the Privacy Policy
    • Dynoteq Kft. may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The amended Privacy Policy shall take effect once Dynoteq Kft. publishes it on its website.
    • Dynoteq Kft. will inform you of any amendments to the Privacy Policy at the e-mail address you provided when submitting your CV, or, if you have submitted your CV by post without providing an e-mail address, at the postal address you have used to submit your CV.
  2. Rights of the Data Subject

Dynoteq Kft. may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The amended Privacy Policy
shall take effect once Dynoteq Kft. publishes it on its website.

Dynoteq Kft. will inform you of any amendments to the Privacy Policy at the e-mail
address you provided when submitting your CV, or, if you have submitted your CV
by post without providing an e-mail address, at the postal address you have used to
submit your CV.

To exercise your rights regarding data processing, you may contact Dynoteq Kft. at the e-mail
address [email protected].

You may exercise the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:

  • Right to access

You may request information from Dynoteq Kft. as to whether Dynoteq Kft. processes your personal
data.

If Dynoteq Kft. processes your personal data, you are entitled to know the following:

  • which personal data are processed by Dynoteq Kft., on what legal basis, for what purpose, and for how long;
  • to whom, when, and under which legal basis Dynoteq Kft. has granted access to your personal data or to whom it has transferred your personal data;
  • the source of your personal data;
  • whether Dynoteq Kft. applies any automated decision-making, including profiling, and the logic behind it.

Upon request, Dynoteq Kft. will provide you with a copy of the personal data being processed free of
charge for the first time; for any subsequent requests, it may charge a reasonable fee based on
administrative costs.

To ensure compliance with data security requirements and to protect your rights, Dynoteq Kft. must
verify that you are the data subject; accordingly, the provision of information, access to personal
data, and the issuance of copies are all subject to verifying the identity of the data subject.

  • Right to rectification

You have the right to request that Dynoteq Kft. correct any inaccurate personal data relating to you
or complete any incomplete personal data relating to you without undue delay.

If you can credibly demonstrate the accuracy of the corrected data, Dynoteq Kft. will fulfil the request within one month and notify you via the contact details you provided.

  • Right to erasure

Upon your request, Dynoteq Kft. will erase your personal data without undue delay, except where the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

In other cases, Dynoteq Kft. will erase your personal data without undue delay if (i) Dynoteq Kft. no longer needs the personal data for the purpose for which they were collected or processed; (ii) you
object to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your particular situation, and there is no overriding legitimate reason for the processing; (iii) your personal data have been processed unlawfully; or (iv) Dynoteq Kft. is required to erase the personal data to comply with a legal obligation.

  • Right to restriction of processing

You may request that Dynoteq Kft. restrict the processing of your personal data in the following cases:

  • you contest the accuracy of your personal data (in which case Dynoteq Kft. will restrict processing for the period necessary to verify the accuracy of the data);
  • the data processing is unlawful, you oppose the erasure of your personal data, and instead request the restriction of its use;
  • Dynoteq Kft. no longer needs the personal data for data processing; however, you require the restriction for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims; or
  • you have objected to the processing (in which case the restriction applies for the period necessary to determine whether the legitimate grounds of Dynoteq Kft. override your reasons).

In the case of restricted data processing, except for storing the data, Dynoteq Kft. may only process your personal data with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, or to protect the rights of another person.

  • Right to object to the processing of personal data

You may object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation if the data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by Dynoteq Kft. or a third party.

  • Right to data portability

In connection with data processing based on the performance of a contract or your consent, you may request that Dynoteq Kft. transfer your personal data which are processed automatically (not in paper format) to you or to another Data Controller you designate.

  1. Remedies in Case of a Breach

If you believe that Dynoteq Kft. has breached your rights in the processing of personal data,

  • you may contact Dynoteq Kft. at the e-mail address [email protected], or
  • you may lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information [Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság] (e-mail address: [email protected], mailing address: H-1363 Budapest, Pf. 9., address: H-1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., telephone: +36 (1) 391-1400, website: naih.hu), furthermore,
  • you have the right to apply to a court to protect your data, which will handle the case with priority. In the latter case, you may freely choose whether to lodge your claim with the regional court having jurisdiction according to your place of residence (permanent address), your place of stay (temporary address), or the registered office of Dynoteq Kft.soron kívül jár el. Ebben az esetben szabadon eldöntheti, hogy a lakóhelye (állandó lakcím) vagy a tartózkodási helye (ideiglenes lakcím), illetve a Dynoteq Kft. székhelye szerint illetékes törvényszéknél nyújtja-e be keresetét.
