The Dynoflex insulation jackets:

  • offer a solution to problems affecting, according to industry experience, a significant proportion of companies
  • are designed for efficient insulation of components of complex geometries and high maintenance requirements
  • are resistant to extreme environmental impacts and stresses

Structures designed for special applications

  • that can be used again and again even after having been removed and put back in place 1000 times and
  • are resistant to water, oil, acid and alkali
  • available for our customers in more than 40 different variants
  • through bespoke development, the insulations can even be complemented with heating filaments and leakage detectors

Installation

We deliver all bespoke insulation products and systems with an 18-month guarantee. Installation is followed by a thermal camera inspection—at request—to document the temperature of all cold-side (contact) surfaces and to verify the return on investment calculations.

Exploration of potential savings

We explore all uninsulated valves and surfaces using specialised measuring equipment and state-of-the-art thermal imaging cameras. After the on-site survey we determine the energy saving potential according to ISO 12241, calculate the payback time and present the results to the client.

Manufacture

After a thorough and precise assessment of the structures in place we custom-design and then manufacture the insulation products, whose quality is assured by rigorous mechanical tests.

Ordering

Once the project has been ordered, we carry out a second on-site survey to ensure that the insulation jackets are perfectly aligned to the system components to be insulated, on the basis of which we then select the most suitable DynoFlex® products, prepare custom designs and integrate the project in our production schedule.
